For 30 years I have worked to share the truth with the public. Our nonprofit organization, Hospice Patients Alliance, had its website, hospicepatients.org (available at the Internet Archive), with visitors from all over the world, up to 5 million per year, but Google and other forces shut down our viewership by half in 2017 and worked to make it harder for people to see us and access the information.
The book contains the truth that underlies the medical killings going on now: the "vaccine"/bioweapon, the Remdesivir kidney killing, and the sedatives and opioids given to sedate and stop breathing. The methods of medical killing seen now were long practiced and are still practiced in tainted hospices today.

I am a nurse, have worked in hospice, and continue to work, though I'm 74 now. I have spoken to thousands of family members and even patients being killed, trying to save them.
