For the past five years, I have dedicated myself to developing, teaching, and refining my 30-Day Cleanse program. Through years of working with participants, observing their experiences, and continually improving my approach, I have created a comprehensive cleansing experience rooted in traditional botanical practices and a return to nature.
For the past two years, I have focused specifically on perfecting my two signature botanical formulas, CLEAN and CLEAR, carefully selecting and refining the ingredients to create a complementary two-step system.
Every ingredient has a purpose. Every product has been selected with intention. Nothing in this collection was thrown together overnight.
The result is my Complete 30-Day Cleanse Kit, bringing together nine carefully selected essentials for those participating in my guided program or choosing to follow a self-guided cleanse.

STEP 1 — CLEAN | 6 Ounces
A Potent Blend of Activating Botanicals
My signature activating botanical formula combines wild-harvested Cape aloe, organic senna leaf and pod, ginger root, garlic bulb, fennel and marshmallow leaf.
Cape aloe and senna contain naturally occurring compounds that stimulate intestinal contractions and encourage bowel movements. Ginger has a long history of traditional digestive use, while garlic and cayenne contribute their own distinctive botanical compounds.
CLEAN is the activating component of my two-step botanical cleansing system, developed to encourage intestinal movement and elimination.
STEP 2 — CLEAR | 8 Ounces
Drawing Botanicals for Flushing Waste
My complementary formula combines psyllium seed, flax seed, marshmallow root, slippery elm bark, peppermint leaf, activated willow charcoal, flax meal, and licorice root.
Psyllium and flax contain natural fibers that absorb water and contribute bulk to intestinal contents. Marshmallow root and slippery elm contain mucilage, a plant-derived substance that becomes slippery and gel-like when hydrated. Peppermint has a long history of traditional digestive use, while activated charcoal has a highly porous structure capable of binding certain substances through adsorption.
CLEAR brings together these distinct botanical properties in a fiber-rich preparation that complements the activating characteristics of CLEAN.
I spent two years developing and refining CLEAN and CLEAR, carefully selecting the ingredients and their proportions to create the two foundational formulas of my 30-Day Cleanse.
OLD GROWTH FOREST FLOOR SOIL | 8 Ounces
Collected directly from an old-growth forest environment untouched by modern development or deliberate human alteration, this living forest soil represents something much deeper than an ordinary ingredient.
I preserve the soil in glass jars, open to the surrounding air and sheltered beneath my cedar tree in near-total darkness. This environment is intended to maintain its connection to the natural conditions from which it came. I only keep it on hand for 30 days so your jar is the freshest most vibrant living soil imaginable.
For me, this preparation reflects a commitment to ancestral knowledge, a tenth-generation understanding of our relationship with the natural world, and the practice of remembering that we are not separate from nature. We are nature.
ACTIVATED CHARCOAL | 4 Ounces
A finely powdered activated charcoal made from hard applewood.
Through activation, the char develops an extensive network of microscopic pores, creating a large internal surface area. This structure gives activated charcoal its adsorptive properties, allowing certain molecules to adhere to its surface.
DIATOMACEOUS EARTH | 4 Ounces
A naturally occurring, silica-rich mineral powder formed from the fossilized remains of diatoms, microscopic aquatic organisms that construct intricate silica-based structures.
Over immense periods of geological time, their remains accumulate into mineral deposits. The resulting powder is known for its distinctive microscopic structure, fine texture, and naturally occurring amorphous silica content.
ORGANIC OREGANO OIL | 2 Fluid Ounces
A concentrated botanical preparation featuring organically grown WILD oregano, an aromatic Mediterranean herb valued for centuries in traditional herbal practices.
Oregano contains naturally occurring aromatic properties which contribute to its distinctive fragrance and botanical characteristics.
OCEAN OIL | 2 Fluid Ounces
My mineral-rich Ocean Oil is prepared using Dead Sea salts and spring water-ONLY. Use instead of toxic magnesium oil.
Dead Sea salts are distinguished by their mineral composition, as naturally occurring salts perfectly balanced by mother nature herself. When dissolved in water, these minerals create a concentrated saline preparation.
I created Ocean Oil as a simple, earth-derived addition to my external body-care rituals, using mineral salts and water without unnecessary fragrances or synthetic additives.
NATURAL GOAT-HAIR BRUSH
A beautifully crafted wooden brush featuring exceptionally soft, natural goat-hair bristles.
Unlike stiff exfoliating brushes, goat-hair bristles provide a gentler brushing experience. The fine fibers glide across the skin, making this brush particularly suited to light, deliberate brushing as part of a daily body-care ritual.
ORGANIC COTTON MUSLIN CLOTH
A reusable cloth made from breathable organic cotton muslin, a lightweight fabric traditionally valued for its simplicity, softness, and versatility.
The open weave allows the fabric to absorb moisture, rinse easily, and dry between uses. It can be incorporated into cleansing, dry brushing, tooth cleaning, oil and water sponge baths, and so much more.
Wash, dry, and reuse rather than relying on disposable synthetic wipes or cloths.

Begin by familiarizing yourself with each product and its individual directions. Establish a consistent morning and evening routine, organize your supplies, and set aside time for daily reflection.
CLEAN and CLEAR are the two foundational botanical preparations. Follow their individual directions rather than improvising quantities or timing.
Incorporate the goat-hair brush, muslin cloth, and Ocean Oil into your external body-care routine as directed.
Throughout the 30 days, keep a simple journal documenting your meals, hydration, sleep, bowel regularity, and personal observations. At the end of the month, reflect on your experience and the practices you wish to continue.
Self-guided participants should use the individual product instructions; the kit description itself is not a complete dosing protocol.
