Description: We were happy to finally have "our" party at the helm of what we believed to be our most representative national body, the U.S. Congress. We would soon learn otherwise, however, as we began to sense that the attacks by the State-controlled (state-run) Media were only an excuse for our “representatives” doing exactly what they apparently wanted to do all along!

We witnessed one elected Republican “Conservative” after another vote in favor of raising the debt ceilings they had promised while campaigning, not to exceed; and somehow ObamaCare, illegally “passed,” under the also absurdly-named Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, in the dark of night, on Christmas Eve of 2009, continued to be funded!

All of this led me to see clearly, perhaps now five years ago, that what we believed to be “our” party, the alleged “opposition party,” while the elected officials thereof spoke differently from the members of the now-fully-socialist Democratic Party (even before Bernie Sanders and his criminal counterpart, potentially our First Email [not Female] President!), they acted in lockstep with the “other" side of the aisle, in all matters legislative!

With the winning of the Senate in 2014, and the installation of a man alleged to have at one time been a “solid Conservative,” the ever-obsequious Mitch McConnell, as the opposition “leader," it became blindingly obvious that real Americans were no longer being represented by what they had supposed to be “their” government. Through firsthand personal experience, I had also come to realize, without question, that this was true at the state and local levels as well – in my own state of Arizona, at least, but apparently in other states as well.

In the familiar refrain from Walt Kelly’s Pogo comic strip, “We [had] met the enemy, and he [was] us!”…only this time “us” is what we used to view as “our” party. For those who have not yet discerned the fact, this was the underlying message (and meaning) of the ever-apologetic former candidate Mitt Romney, when he verbally assaulted the overwhelming GOP favorite, Donald Trump, a few weeks back. One of my own children innocently observed that he was “just giving his opinion” on Trump.

What she obviously hadn't caught was that his “opinion” was that WE, the People, should not be the ones to decide who OUR nominee should be, but that if he and his could just keep OUR choice from getting the majority of the delegates, then THEY (party operatives) could make sure that the candidate who is obviously such a threat to the (now fully-corrupt) Establishment Party would be swept aside…along with some 40% or more of the party faithful! So no [my dear child], Mitt was not just speaking his mind. He was telling you that YOUR mind doesn’t count or matter…unless it happens to support the on-going looting of the Treasury by the Ruling Class, or the elites in BOTH parties, and their full partners in the Establishment Press! And if that isn't an outrage, we should all recheck our pulse!

While such things should be obvious to all who are fully awake, and paying close attention, it is sometimes imperative to state the obvious, as somehow the “obvious” remains hidden, while yet in full-view. So here it is: The Political/Media Establishment on “both” sides of the alleged “aisle” has become corrupt – i.e. completely uninterested and unaccountable to the People of this country: those who hire them, pay them, and lend them the only legitimate authority of any government (their own authority – that of the sovereign People) for a short time, in order for these hired “servants” to protect the People’s inalienable rights: “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness!” And THAT is what this book is all about – the failure of the one-time “party of Lincoln,” and “party of Reagan” to do anything but stand in the way of binding the federal government with “the chains of the Constitution”…and the one, lone man, who is willing to stand against them all, Donald Trump.
