Part 2 Introduction: Let Food Be Thy Medicine—And Why You Rarely Hear That Anymore

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

We’ve all heard it, probably scrawled on a chalkboard in some hipster café selling avocado toast with sriracha or tacked onto the end of an article pushing the latest “superfood.” But the truth behind that eternal wisdom has been buried under a century of marketing, dipshits in lab coats, and fat cat boardroom deals. The only thing more common than chronic disease is the promise that a pill, powder, or capsule can save you from it. I’ve said it many times: the Matrix gets you to take a pill; they don’t care which one, the red or the blue or even the black. You are still asleep, still following a newly appointed master, and still stuck in your well-decorated mind cage.

That quote? Attributed to Hippocrates, revered as the “Father of Medicine.” But if he could see what passes for medicine now the plastic bottles, the magic pills, the “fortified” chemical soups and synthetic junk, he would be rolling in his grave. The industry worships Hippocrates on their marble plaques, but make no mistake: they’ve become hypocrites. They say health comes in a bottle, not a forest or a kitchen.

This exposé is behind a paywall for one reason: the story you’re about to read is the one they don’t want you to see. The food and supplement industries, aka Big pHARMa, spend billions to keep you in the dark, selling you cash-on-cash “fortified” products, syntheticvitamins (all one word; there are no natural vitamins), and the illusion that health comes in a bottle. Every headline, every celebrity/influencer endorsement, every natural health label is designed to keep you reaching for a quick fix instead of questioning the real causes of sickness in a world built on engineered deficiencies and manufactured solutions.

Part 1 pulled back the curtain on the vitamin E swindle, where Diet-137 poisoned rats for the sake of a cash cow. This is why billions now trust bottles of synthetic vitamins more than real food. This is why “deficiency” has been weaponized by the willfully deceptive and sold to the woefully ignorant and torqued into a perpetual business model. This is why every trip to the supplement aisle feels less like grocery shopping and more like filling a prescription in a pharmacy built on fear, confusion, and manufactured need.

The truth is uglier and more damaging than anyone wants to admit. And by the end of this exposé, you’ll see exactly how the trap was set, who profits from your confusion, and why you will never improve your health from a pill. If everyone knew healing, health, and longevity were about subtraction, not addition, the power would be in your hands; the power would be with the people. Instead, beLIEving their story makes you just another profitable cog in their ancient wheel.

If you’re ready to see how the game is fixed, how the profit machine grinds you down, and what really happens when you swap real food for a chemical, keep reading. The final checkmate is coming, and when we get there, you’ll finally understand why Hippocrates’ prescription still stands as the only one worth trusting.

Fair warning: you may just slap your forehead in disbelief when you realize how obvious this scam has been all along. Don’t be too hard on yourself; the snake oil salesmen have spent centuries perfecting their con, and we’ve all fallen for it at least once. That shame belongs to the hustlers who set the trap, like the example below, one of millions.

But if you keep falling for their next “breakthrough,” still lining up for the latest miracle capsule or fortified concoction, chasing health in a bottle while ignoring the truth on your plate, well, that’s on you now. This is your wake-up call.

Ready to end the debate and finally shelve vitamins with pharmaceuticals? Let's break Vitamin E down to the bare bones so you can see the ENTIRE vitamin swindle in real time.

Profiteering in Plain Sight: Where Vitamin E Hides

If you want to see real pHARMa profiteering, don’t look for a back-alley government deal; just walk down any grocery aisle. The vitamin E hustle is everywhere, hiding in plain sight, camouflaged by marketing, and quietly raking in billions. What started as a lab experiment has metastasized into a global juggernaut, with synthetic vitamin E pumped into everything from your morning cereal flakes to your kid’s all-natural snack bars, salad dressings, restaurant oils, shakes, meal replacements, baby formula, cosmetics, and of course dog food. The same companies that chemically stripped nutrition from food are now selling you the “solution,” one fortified product at a time. This is the most important part of the vitamin scam. They can’t just sell you health in a bottle. They first have to poison you with a diet stripped of nutrients. Researchers didn’t study pregnant factory workers in India to save them; they studied them in order to replicate their diet and solution.

Walk into any pharmacy, and you’ll find aisles of synthetic vitamin E in every possible form: capsules, softgels, gummies, “natural” blends, “mixed tocopherols,” even “advanced” tocotrienols. And of course cosmetics, sunscreens, baby oil, eye creams, and “anti-aging” serums. Your skin doesn’t need it, but the industry sure needs you to believe it does—because if they can convince you that wellness comes from a factory, they can sell you the fix for life.

From Malnutrition by Design to Fortification for Profit: The Vitamin E Swindle

It started with Diet 137, a deliberate exercise in nutritional sabotage. Starve the rats with food intentionally devoid of nutrients, create the problem, patent the “cure.” What most people don’t realize is that this is the blueprint for nutrition policy, public health “interventions,” and the entire vitamin industry.

In the early 20th century, industrial food giants didn’t just “accidentally” strip bread, grains, and oils of nutrients; they did it deliberately. Not because it was simply more profitable to process food this way, but because it transformed food into a monetizable system, one that could keep the masses alive, but never well. By gutting nutrition, they engineered slow, methodical sickness: malnutrition, birth defects, chronic disease. Then they swooped in with the “solution”: synthetic, mass-produced, dirt-cheap additives and supplements. The goal was never to nourish; it was to manufacture a dependent, chronically sick population and then cash in again, decade after decade, by selling the cure. It’s the same predatory script as the vaccine industry: create the problem, then patent the fix. Money on top of money, all by design.

This is the part of the exposé most people miss. I’ve said it a hundred ways, but let me spell it out: They send their programmed white coats around the globe, often to desperate third-world populations, experimenting on humans to find new ways to strip food of life and then create a chemical “replacement.” Not to heal, but to keep people just alive enough to work, breed, and buy, but always sick, weak, and dependent, exactly like the factory-farmed livestock model. This is population management for profit.

Sound familiar? It’s exactly what’s done in modern agriculture. Why allow indoctrinated farmers to build regenerative, self-sustaining ecosystems that nourish communities and the land? Healthy soil and independent growers don’t make a profit. Instead, the system is rigged so that the dumb farmers are forced to buy herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, and patented seeds, every input a profit stream straight to the top of the pyramid. Once you are chemically dependent, you stay that way.

The eye at the top of the pyramid rakes in the fortune, while the workers and the masses scavenge a dollar from every hundred that passes through their hands. And let’s drop the nostalgia about farmers as salt-of-the-earth heroes; they lined up for government subsidies, planted what they were told, destroyed their own crops, and followed orders every step of the way. When the Monsantos of the world showed up with contracts and chemicals, they handed over the keys and let corporate control take the wheel. The truth is, most farmers surrendered their logic and independence long before the system collapsed; they traded sovereignty for a steady teat and now pretend they never saw it coming. They all said, “Our hands are tied”. Well, they certainly are now.

That’s the real business model: manufacture the void, patent the patch, and sell both sides for generations, guaranteeing perpetual dependency, maximum profit, and a public too brainwashed and malnourished to ever consider breaking free.

This wasn’t a secret. The infamous 1941 “enrichment” regulations in the United States, pushed by the flour, cereal, and oil lobbies, ensured that cheap, mass-produced food could be legally sold as “nutritious” so long as a handful of synthetic vitamins were sprayed on at the end of the assembly line. Internal memos from General Mills and Quaker Oats (archived in the Library of Congress) openly discuss fortification as a marketing lever, not a health imperative. The goal was never nourishment; it was to cut the government in on the deal, since it was just another cog in the fortification market.

Screenshot 2026-08-14 at 7.44.55 AM.png

The federal record doesn’t lie: By the 1970s, the breakfast cereal giants Kellogg, General Mills, General Foods, and Quaker were fortifying their products not because of some sudden concern for public health, but as a competitive weapon. Their own memos show it: fortification became a way to outflank rivals. The 1969 White House Conference on nutrition and Robert Choate’s high-profile congressional shaming gave the industry a golden ticket: public demand for “nutrition” skyrocketed, and the shell game raged on.

The FTC’s own findings show that these companies spent millions developing, advertising, and launching “fortified” cereals, not to feed people, but to crowd out competitors, defend their market turf, and keep the shelves full. Price wars were out, product proliferation and marketing blitzes were in. The result? Dozens of new brands, half of which failed, but enough stuck to make fortification the new industry standard.

Was there a secret, coordinated government-industry plot? The judge didn’t find it. Instead, what the record shows is something more insidious: a system where policy, consumer pressure, and relentless marketing all converged to turn synthetic vitamin dust into a billion-dollar profit engine. The companies didn’t have to conspire in secret; the rules of the game were written in public, with everyone playing to profit.

The bottom line: Fortification was always about the market, not the meal. The government’s nutrition policies became another lever for profit, and “enrichment” became the fig leaf that covered a food system built for shelf life and sales, not true nourishment.

Federal Trade Commission. (1982). In the Matter of Kellogg Company et al., Initial Decision, 99 F.T.C. 152-172.The same model was exported around the world, especially to colonial and post-colonial countries, where “fill-in” formulas were dumped on malnourished populations in the name of public health, creating a new dependency on Western processed food and vitamin supplements. Pregnant women in India, Africa, and the American South were “studied” like livestock, given yeast extracts and vitamin E pills instead of real food, and then held up as proof that the system “worked” when birth rates rose, even if infant mortality and disease never budged.

Let’s be brutally clear: the food giants and their pharmaceutical partners engineered the problem, patented the solution, then sold both sides of the equation for a century. The swindle is baked into every “fortified” loaf, every “heart-healthy” oil, every prenatal vitamin in America’s medicine cabinet. The evidence is there for anyone who cares to look: FDA filings, industry advertising archives, congressional testimony, and the endless parade of studies funded by the very companies that stand to profit.

How the Vitamin E Racket Prints Money

If you still think this is about public health, take a look at the numbers. The vitamin E industry isn’t a mom-and-pop operation or a wellness fad; it’s a global syndicate. In 2023, the so-called “vitamin E market” was valued at $2.3 billion. And it’s only getting bigger. By 2030, analysts predict it will soar to nearly $4 billion, with a compound annual growth rate that would put any legitimate business to shame.

But here’s the problem: this explosive growth isn’t driven by a sudden outbreak of deficiency diseases or a new wave of scientific discovery. It’s driven by calculated marketing, regulatory capture, and the relentless expansion of “fortified” junk. Every “healthy” cereal, every “heart-smart” oil, every multivitamin and baby formula is dosed with synthetic vitamin E not because you need it, but because it keeps the supply chain humming and the profit margins fat.

Screenshot 2026-08-14 at 5.41.26 AM.png

The real winners? A handful of chemical and agri-giants ADM, BASF, DSM, Cargill, Wilmar, Zhejiang Medicine who control the global supply of synthetic vitamin E. These are the same corporations who strip the food and then sell you the “solution.” It’s a closed-loop racket: engineer the malnutrition, patent the fix, and then push both through every channel: food, supplements, cosmetics, livestock feed. Every step is monetized, every player gets a cut, and the consumer is left holding the (empty) bag.

The Shell Game: Endless Forms, Same Scam

The vitamin E aisle is a masterclass in confusion by design. “Natural,” “synthetic,” “d-alpha,” “dl-alpha,” “mixed tocopherols,” “tocotrienols” the jargon multiplies every year, each new label promising the “superior” or “advanced” form you supposedly need. But remove the marketing, and you’ll see the truth: it’s all the same hustle.

Here’s how the con works:

  • Eight molecules, one story: Vitamin E isn’t a single thing. It’s a family of eight related chemicals: four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. But only one (alpha-tocopherol) is even recognized by your body as “vitamin E,” and even that’s an outright lie, but repeated and parroted by you after you heard it from fill in the blank influencer.

  • “Natural” vs. “Synthetic”: The “natural,” which is anything but (d-alpha-tocopherol), comes from plant oils. It’s more expensive, so it’s usually reserved for premium brands. The “synthetic” (dl-alpha-tocopherol) version is made in bulk from petrochemicals, a racemic mix where half the molecules are biologically useless. This is what’s in almost every fortified food, cheap multivitamin, and “enriched” snack on the market.

  • “Mixed tocopherols” and “tocotrienols”: The industry’s latest trick is to hype these as “full spectrum” or “advanced” forms—usually just byproducts from industrial oil refining, bottled and sold at a markup.

  • Why so many forms? It’s about regulatory loopholes, marketing angles, and profit. Each new “type” lets the industry launch a new product line, charge a new premium, and keep the public confused and buying.

Inside the Body: The Silent Burden of Synthetic Vitamin E

The supplement industry wants you to believe that vitamin E, no matter what form, source, or dosage, is a benefit. But the body tells a different story, and the safety data sheets (SDS) tell an even darker one.

The Metabolic Reality

When you swallow so-called “natural” or synthetic vitamin E, your body doesn’t just “use what it needs and flush the rest.” The liver has to process it, breaking down what it can and shunting excess or unusable forms like the “l” in dl-alpha-tocopherol through detoxification pathways. This constant chemical load isn’t gentle. Over time, it stresses the liver, contributing to fatty liver disease, cellular scarring (cirrhosis), and a cascade of metabolic dysfunction.

What the liver can’t handle, the kidneys must filter. Chronic exposure means chronic strain, raising the risk for renal disease and eventual kidney failure. The kidneys and bladder end up storing and excreting metabolic byproducts that were never part of human evolution, all for the sake of “nutritional insurance.”

Meanwhile, what remains circulates in the blood, interacting with fats, cholesterol, and cell membranes in unpredictable ways. Excess vitamin E accumulates, especially when the diet is also rich in processed oils and low in real nutrition, leading to internal stress, fluid retention, and, over time, the perfect conditions for tumors, fatty liver, or cardiovascular disease.

The Evidence They Hide: Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Want to know how the industry really views synthetic vitamin E? Read the SDS, the document required by law for anyone handling these chemicals in bulk. There, you’ll see warnings about toxicity, environmental hazards, and the need for gloves, goggles, and proper disposal. Acute exposure is linked to nausea, diarrhea, and skin irritation. Chronic exposure warns of organ damage: liver, kidneys, reproductive system. The same corporations that market vitamin E as “essential” for your health treat it as a toxic controlled substance behind the scenes.

But none of this makes it onto the supplement bottle or the cereal box. You’ll never see “may contribute to liver or kidney injury in accumulated doses” next to the “supports immune health” claim. The system is designed to protect the industry, not the consumer.

Your body is not a trash compactor for the food industry’s chemical concoctions. Every synthetic, isolated, or accumulated dose of vitamin E is another burden your organs have to carry, and over time, your body will break down. Whether it’s fatty liver, cirrhosis, kidney failure, or tumors, the profit machine sees you as just another line on their burgeoning balance sheet.

Why Synthetic Means Sickness, By Design

Taking anything synthetic vitamins, supplements, “fortified” foods guarantees harm. Not sometimes. Not only in “overdose.” Every dose is a repeat injury, because the system is designed to poison you, patch you, and of course sell you the next fix. It is simply the business model they have used to stay on top of the pyramid, and you on the bottom.

The playbook was first written with vitamin B1, when food barons turned brown rice, an ancestral, nutrient-rich staple, into polished white rice. “Why?” It’s more work, more wasteful, more expensive to manufacture, but it makes the population easier to rule. Starve people of nutrients, call it a disease like scary scary Beri-Beri, all made up, then market “fortified” rice and vitamin pills as the cure. You’ve just engineered perpetual motion, also known as dependency. Now the same scam runs on the industrial diet- bread, oils, grains, baby formula, and snacks strip, fortify, repeat, profit.

Every step away from wild, natural food is a step deeper into the cage. Why allow natural order, or attempt to regenerate soil, nurture ecosystems, or build community food systems, when it’s only profitable to sell herbicides, pesticides, fertilizer, and patented seeds? The dumb, wide-eyed, red-necked farmers are now locked into debt and dependency, just like the docile, overweight, vitamin-popping public. The eye at the top of the pyramid collects all the profits; everyone else gets scraps and sickness.

You can see it more clearly with farmed animals. All domesticated animals are one grade above retarded, similar to the average mask-wearing, triple-vaxed John Q. Public on the standard American diet: massive amounts of synthetic vitamins and supplements, processed chemically grown hydroponic greens, refined flours and sugars, fortified feed, and actual bleached, ground, from the dump, garbage. Yummy yummy in your flabby tummy.

Look at it from a farmer’s standpoint. Stupid, docile, obese domesticated animals are easier to confine, breed, manipulate, and turn a profit from. Intelligence, independence, strong instincts, and resistance are liabilities when your business model depends on total control. Same goes for human farmers. Keep the population artificially fed, distracted, dependent, and disconnected. Dampen their extra-sensory perception, intuition, ancestral wisdom, and ability to connect to the unified field. And the ones that do get out of the cage are mocked, censored, called conspiracy theorists, and attacked by the dumb domesticateds. The cage animals look at the wild animals, running free, beautiful, energized, and joyful, not to free themselves, but to break the spirits of the free and drag them back inside to be just as miserable as they are.

Wild animals are extremely intelligent. They problem-solve, communicate, cooperate, remember, adapt, and use tools. Primates, crows, elephants, dolphins, otters, pigs, vultures, herons, octopuses, ants—the list is endless. Intelligence is everywhere if you have the eyes to see it. Take an intelligent animal, cage it, overstimulate it, feed it manufactured food, disconnect it from nature, control its environment, and reward obedience for generations. You get something easier to farm, easier to profit from, and easier to keep ignorant. We saw the direct effects during convid-19, the prelude to the main event.

That’s the end game of the synthetic vitamin racket. Not health, not evolution, human domestication, dependency, and profit. And every time you choose the pill over the forest, you tighten the lock on your own cage. You, the pill popper, are the perpetual problem.

The Only Way Out

This isn’t a story about vitamins. It’s a story about control, about how the machinery of food, medicine, government and industry conspires to keep you sick, docile, and profitable. Every synthetic pill, every “fortified” product, every marketing promise is another turn of the screw: engineered dependence disguised as health. The real miracle isn’t in a bottle. It’s in the food that grows from living soil, in the wisdom passed down by those who thrived, and in the stubborn refusal to ever be caged.

The only prescription worth trusting is the one Hippocrates wrote: let food be thy medicine. The rest is profit, poison, and propaganda.

People sometimes accuse me of working for the pharmaceutical industry, the government, or being a shill for the supplement racket. Ludicrous. That kind of projection can only come from the docile, fattened, domesticated animals who’ve spent too many generations locked in well-decorated mind cages, never daring to leave the farm, never even questioning who built the fence. Ask yourself: who in their right mind would pay me to take you out of a profitable industry and teach you how to build what I call an “ongrid ecosystem,” one where you’re truly nourished, independent, free from within and unprofitable to the machine? You’d have to be nearly comatose not to see the truth by now.

Your final invitation: get out in real sunlight, no more Chicken Little sky-is-falling chemtrail nonsense, no more “the sun is fake” stupidity. Expose your bare skin to sunlight every day. Drink water from a real spring you collect yourself. Grow your own food in your backyard, never till the soil, never use chemicals, use compost, and never toss weeds in a green bin. Feed everything back into the earth to build soil. Fill your life with loving relationships. Live in a safe haven, all natural, with sunlight streaming in, open windows every day, and see nature restoring herself all around you. Speak to the sky, the mountains, and the trees; listen to the wind, the birds, and the ponderosa pines. Turn off the black screens. Spend at least two hours a day in real silence. Eat less, live more, and above all, stop following a master who profits from your blind ignorance.

This is it. The end of my vitamin series, thankfully. Even I was getting tired of uncovering the same black con, over and over. In the end, trust yourself. Trust your inner voice. Connect with your soul. Lead with your heart.
